How does it work?

All shinywhitebox products use a registration system that enables the product for use on your machine. When you purchase a product, we send out an email with a registration code that will unlock it. We also create an account for you on our system, so that you can get access to your purchase history and retrieve lost registration codes if need be.

Registering a product is very easy. Just click on the "Register ..." menu option for the product (e.g: iShowU will have an "Register ..." option in the iShowU menu at the top of the screen) and enter your name, email address and registration code. With one click of a button you can then unlock the product and use it without any restrictions.

Example - if you purchase 10 licenses for iShowU, you will be able to register iShowU on 10 different machines. Of course, if you're administering a large site there are alternatives available (all to do with how you go about deploying the registration information) that will ease your pain. I've lost my details / registration key

No problem. Go to the store and login using your email address (with any old password). Because the login fails you'll have the option to have the system reset your password. Click the link, and you'll be sent an email which will let you reset the password on your account. You can then login and retrieve your registration code (click 'Purchases' at the top).
